Next, you stand on the TurboSonic while sound-driven vibration moves through the body. The session is gentle and hands-free, giving muscles and circulation a wake-up before you settle into the bed. It is an easy way to get the whole body moving.

Rest and recover

Red Light + Molecular Hydrogen

Your final step combines the full-body photobiomodulation bed with molecular hydrogen inhalation. The bed uses red and near-infrared light across five wavelengths while Solotones vibroacoustics create a quiet, immersive experience. You breathe molecular hydrogen while you rest. It has been studied for its role in oxidative-stress and inflammatory-response pathways, while the bed supports recovery and deep relaxation.
