What is a Vitality Wand?

A handheld wellness device made by OlyLife International, built for daily use at home. It is the first wand to combine two frequency technologies in one device: PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) ultra-long waves and terahertz energy waves. Around those, it adds gentle, adjustable warmth and a steady stream of air, so a session feels like warm, moving air with frequency therapy built in.

You can hold it and direct it yourself, or set it into the included motorized stand, which slowly oscillates across the area you choose while you read, stretch, or rest. One click starts it, and one dial of the button sets the temperature: three heat settings and one cool setting.

Four technologies in one wand

Terahertz waves. A graphene element inside the wand emits far-infrared to terahertz-range energy waves when warmed and energized. Terahertz is a unit of frequency: 1 THz is 1,000 GHz, with wavelengths from 3 to 3,000 micrometres, a range the body readily absorbs as gentle warmth.

PEMF ultra-long waves. A low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field. PEMF has been studied for decades, with more than 2,500 published studies worldwide, and is used globally in wellness, recovery, and clinical settings.

Thermal energy transfer. Controlled warmth you set to your own comfort: three heat levels plus a cool setting. The area around the air outlet stays below 65°C (149°F).

Air massage. A Dyson brushless motor drives a uniform, consistent stream of air at up to 23 meters per second, so the wand never needs to touch the skin. Hygienic, even, and quiet.

The frequency side, in plain terms

How to use it: the 15-minute routine

1. Drink a glass or two of warm water, then set the heat to your comfort level
2. Wand each target area for a minute or more: palms and soles first
3. Move through the body: behind the knees, armpits, sides of the neck, upper back, and along the spine
4. Spend extra time wherever you want it most
5. Finish with another glass or two of warm water

• Keep the air outlet about 20 cm (8 inches) from the skin
• Direct skin contact with the airflow is ideal; lightweight clothing works too
• Limit each session to 45 minutes; the stand shuts off on its own
• Never look directly into the wand’s blue light
