Program description

ETERNA HAUS text messages include appointment reminders, scheduling help, responses to your questions, and occasional offers and news about our services.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and asking to receive texts – for example when booking or at check-in – or by texting START to (424) 272-7586.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests, and will not exceed 2 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not affect your bookings or membership.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Privacy

We use your phone number only to send the messages described here. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
